            <title>Rent unit out to a company</title>

            <description>Hi, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Agent told me that a company interested to rent my unit, so tenancy agreement will be under company name.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone has experience on this?             <title>Transfer name for property title</title>

            <description>Hi, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last week, just successfully negotiating price with the agent and start looking for bank loan. Unfortunately, my lawyer called and told me that the name of the current owner is not transferred to the property title yet. so, he gave me a estimation duration for completing this process will take about 1.5-2 yrs.             <title>Inspection fail... Need advice please</title>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just bought a unit in KL, i&amp;#39;m suppose to be happy of becoming owner.             <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m planning to buy a condo for investment purpose recently and notice that there is option from booking form.&lt;br /&gt;1. I can remain existing tenancy &lt;br /&gt;or&lt;br /&gt;2.             <title>Will you buy this house?</title>

            <description>Hi guys,&lt;br /&gt;Recently viewed a  condo unit in KL, the following are the things that I have noted:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Parquet floor is spoiled&lt;br /&gt;- toilet bowl is spoiled&lt;br /&gt;- water leaking&lt;br /&gt;- cabinet at kitchen spoiled&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The overall condition I&amp;#39;ll rate 5/10. The only good thing is selling price is lower than bank valuation around 10%. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will u consider buy this unit for investment (rent)?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Need ur guys advice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks</description>
