Need advice on wealth distribution and LA

Hi - My father just passed away 3 weeks ago. Being a muslim and the eldest I feel compelled to take the responsiblity to settle the affairs.

From what I've read online, I need to apply Letter of Administration (LA) in order to deal with bank, debts, asset, wealth, etc.

I was told that I can go to Amanah Raya, High Court or Pejabat Tanah to apply for it. But when I read online they say I need to fill in the online form at Sistem Pengurusan Tanah Persekutuan dan Pembahagian Pusaka

.. but then some website said I should go apply for the Faraid Certificate from the Shariah Court.

My dad left behind, 2 houses, Cars, Investment, Tanah (Johor), EPF, KWSP, LHDN, Credit Card balance.etc
,
I'm really lost right now, not knowing where I should begin or which one is the correct way to manage the affair.

What I've done so far:

1. EPF - This one has nominee, but should I also inculde it as Harta Alih in Borang A Seksyen 8, or Faraid?
2. Income Tax. I've submitted the docs to LHDN, waiting clearance form.
3. ASB - Work in progress
4. Credit Card - Got outstanding balance.

About the Borang A Seksyen 8, assuming it is the form I need to fill to apply for LA, I understand I need to declare every asset, savings, debt, etc owned by my late father and submit. BUT, what if after I submit the borang permohanan, and then 4 weeks later I got to know my late father akso owned a private boat and villa (For example), do I need to apply for another LA again?

What of the Credit Card outstanding balance, will I have to pay late fees, receive increased interest rates, etc even after I notify the bank?

I need a job.

I've tried every job portal, company sites, linked and almost every small/big companies in Malaysia. After few weeks, received few calls from recruiter asking my employment history, expected history, bla bla.. after I gave them the details or responded to their email they came back with “I will let the hiring manager know this..bla bla bullshit bullshit bullshit.." - after 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,834235234234234 weeks I got nothing. Frankly these mofos do not care.

It is so frustrating. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a body-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain.

Sure I got a call for a new job opening, but shitty jobs that are not remotely suited my skills and interest.

Did I not mention specifically in great details in my resume or cover letter the positions that I want that good fit my interest and skills, but these mofos keep coming back with shitty jobs.
What you have dyslexia? Incompetent?

Jobstreet is a joke.. I sent over 200 job applications, none get back to me.. Useless job portal.
Monster is slightly okay, at least they responded to me and call me after few days before they went missing just like MH370.

..and then i tried applying a job in Japan, they responded to me within 3 days, got an interview after a week, now waiting for my 3rd interview.. Everything less than 4 weeks.

So, why the F is recruiter in Malaysia so slow? Dont' act all excited about candidate first call but then dropping them out of contract.

My payslip for current company A

Basic : 2800
Allowance: 650

Total =3450
Deduct EPC/SOCSO/TAX = 3000

I got an offer from Company B

Basic : 3750

Thats about 35% jump from basic salary in company A, but Im not getting any allowance nor shift allowance.

Deduct EPC/SOCSO/TAX = 3250

To compare, my nett salary isnt much difference from Company A. Should I ask for higher salary from Company B?

I am using Intel p4 1.6 ,256 ddram and allocated 5G for mandrake 10.0 . Is it sufficent ? Because last time, when there is no internet connection connnected to my box, mandrake lagg so much, I have to wait like 5 mins till I get to the desktop, ieven when i click HOME, it took alot of time and sometimes it crash without reason, nothing, and my terminal froze ! Do I need to upgrade my spec ?
