            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many of us wanted to renovate their house, but afraid of kena con with high price.&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m included, so I just wanted to get some insights.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here I&amp;#39;m listing out what questions to ask the contractor, whether they&amp;#39;re for real or not:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Do you have workers?&lt;br /&gt;If they say they got, pls make sure they really got. Sometimes they hire nearby Indonesia workers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. How much to renovate atas bawah?&lt;br /&gt;If they say the price immediately, probably they didn&amp;#39;t calculate if properly. They need careful budget planning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Plaster ceiling how much?&lt;br /&gt;Depends on design and how big you want to cover&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Do you include wiring, tiles, wooden flooring etc&lt;br /&gt;Ask them upfront, to avoid additional cost incurred. End-up you have to pay for it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any more?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>I&amp;#39;m average musician, can I use music arranger?</title>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Newbie here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I stumble upon a Keynote reality show on Astro channel 104.&lt;br /&gt;Check &lt;a href='http://www.astro.com.my' target='_blank'&gt;http://www.astro.com.my&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To my surprise, these participants can only play little music instrument like guitar and piano etc.&lt;br /&gt;The rest, is up to the music arranger.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wow, I thought as a musician, we have to play all and compose it track by track.&lt;br /&gt;Have our own studio, record it, must know how to read notes, produce it etc.&lt;br /&gt;Didn&amp;#39;t know that the arranger can do it for us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If have the music inspiration idea, humming it, place the beat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Can the arranger will so-called &amp;#39;arrange&amp;#39; the music for me?&lt;br /&gt;2. Will it also come with the musical sheet? &lt;br /&gt;3. And we entitle for the composer &amp;amp; lyricist for the royalty?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Based on this topic, &lt;a href='http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1451919/' target='_blank'&gt;http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1451919/&lt;/a&gt;, it&amp;#39;ll be lower than RM2500.
