new psu buzzing when

all sifu

i upgrade to a new CM GX 750watt psu yesterday..
my problem is eveytime someone turn on the shower heater at toilet the psu with hv a buzzing noise..
off the heater and the noise stop

these are few step taken but all FAIL...

i change the home fuse box fuse for both the heater and the room which i use the psu
with a new haeger c16 fuse

i tried differ power socket outlet

i using a APC 1200 AVR..onli the cpu and 22"lcd connected

tried without the AVR also fail...

anyone know wat the problem??

yesterday i got a call...private number

got 1 malay guy..said he calling from mahkamah sepang and that i nid to attend court morning

he claim me was a guarantor for somebody i dun even know and that bank negara want to suit us bla bla bla...

he got my name ,ic number and address too

he keep asking why i didnt attend court...

i told him i dun know wat the hell he talking abt..and that i will make a police report.

i ask his name and the court kes number for a refer so i can police report...

he answer " saya kerani kat sini saje" then he hang up on me...

wat shld i do?? i dun have anything to go make police report..onli a private number showing at phone..

hi there all, just got my iphone 4 32gb last weeks fr digi

my iphone4 can't receive calls while im playing game(any game tested few games all the same)

currently my iphone is jailbreak 4.1 os with 20gb free space

was wondering is it my iphone faulty or it is normal?

pc start normaly...but everytime i finish play game like dota..online game RAn online etc
i cant launch any program...window just stop at destop..i click programs..nothing happed

even ctrl +alt+del cant use..BUT alt+f4 can...

if i relog or change user...pc hang...oni option is to restart...

ONI happen when i play game...if surf net or watch movie no problem

oredi did:

scan with kaspersky antivirus ( again in safe mode)
scan with seach and destroy spyware
run defragment with diskkeeper
using latest driectX mar 2009
using latest nvidia driver 190.62

my rig
E8400 +p45 asus
2gig ram
RAID 0
windows sp3
260 nvidia

hi all sifu...need some advice here

i wish to help my fren....her HDD crash and she dun know how to format/install OS

i got a spare HDD and i know abit how to format and install a fresh win xp

but my pc spec is different with hers..

mine: Pentium D with 965 mobo
frend: celeron with 915 mobo

so if i install the winxp with my pc and poslaju to her...will she be able to use that HDD with OS?
i know she still hv to install herself some driver...she got the mobo driver

may i also know when i finish install the win xp...shld i stop after the 1st time window boot or before?
