No Usb Icon in my computer!

hai i got a problem here, ok here goes;

When i plug in my mp3 or card reader in my usb port, i get a notice that my pc read it and recognize it but there no icon for my mp3 or card reader!? i already try to rename the drive letter.

When go to Device Manager i can see my MP3 or card reader is plug in, and there is no sign of error with my Universal Serial Bus Controller
and i ready reinstall my USB controller twice and still nothing, plus i click rescan for new hardware a thousand time still the same and i have updated my chipset and my usb 2.0 driver....
