condominium issue - need advise

Recently my condo management did some refurbishment and done some retaining wall to deal with some erosion issue of the building. My unit is at the low rise. The whole condo have 4 different parts. Block A, B (High Rise) and C, D (low rise). I'm at the 2nd floor of the low rise building and my unit main door is facing some slope where the High Rise was at. The management did some renovation works and this i dunno what i would call this suddenly appeared right in front of both mine n my neighbour unit. Please check on the picture as below. Would like to ask any expert or professional if I can actually ask the management to get this out or what? Do i have the rights to do that? It definitely will affect my unit property value because of this thing!

Setting up a new child enrichment centre

I'm planning to set up a child enrichment centre. Target students will be toddler from 3-6 years old. No daycare services. It's a pure enrichment centre which will concentrate a few programmes like english and maths.

Does anyone have any idea what are the procedure? I didn't want to spend time planning on the programmes and ended up to stuck in registering or setting up the centre (licensing and etc). Appreciate if anyone who have experience in this can be generous enough to guide me the whole procedure and guidelines.
