Newborn Vaccination

Dear Parents,
I just become daddy for the 1st time late last year.
My baby 1st vaccination during newborn, 1st and 2nd months is given at the hospital in Ipoh where my baby is delivered.
During 2nd months vaccination, the optional vaccine Pneumococcal and Rotavirus are given to my baby as well.

Another few days is my baby 3rd month vaccination. As my wife and myself are working in KL, we have problems to go back Ipoh every month for baby vaccination. Before bring my baby to KL child klinik/hospital, can anyone here advise me:

i) Can the baby take the vaccine jab at different places in Malaysia?
ii) All the compulsary vaccine for baby is the same manufacture/brand/type?
iii) For the optional Pneumococcal vaccine, doctor told me need to take 4 doses at 2, 4, 6 and 13 months. However I heard for my fren, some of them required only 3 doses. Any problem if I go to other places for this vaccine?? Also the rotavirus vaccine??

This morning when coming to work the stup1d a$$h0l3 suddenly changing lane from right to left. Tat fU@k3r hit my side mirror and nearly coz me accident. So I chase up and got his plate no and take a photo of the lorry company registration name. The photo a bit blur but still manage to see the company name and address.
So guys, what I can do to make this a$$hole's life difficult??
