I had an Aztech Wireless USB adaptor dongle but it died.
1) Can someone recommend something? My internet service is Unifi.
2) I have a spare Buffalo N150 Modem router. Can that be used as a wireless usb adaptor to tap into my Unifi wifi signal?

This is my speedtest results aken at 8PM. Is it good or bad or average?

I upgraded from streamyx to Unifi today. Do i have to call TM to tell them to cancel streamyx or is it automatically?

Does the VDSL modem have to be turned on 24/7 for the phone to work?

So far ive not been disconnected at all and things appear faster.

Buffalo Air Station -Wifi Setup

I'm trying to set up Buffalo Air Station-Model WBMR-HP-GN at my mother's house. It's wired to a Windows XP PC and is working with no problems. When I visit her, I try to connect my Blackberry 3G and Samsung Tablet to the wifi but it sometimes work and sometimes doesnt work. The blackberry and Samsung Tab works on other wifis so the problem is likely not with the phones. Can someone tell me how to config the wifi on the Buffalo modem/router? I just want the wifi to work so that I dont have to meddle with it anymore.

This is the back of the modem. Theres a switch that says AOSS /WPS. Which should it be at before I config the modem?

I have to choose between WPS, AOSS or Basic. Which one should I choose? The Blackberry and Samsung Tablet doesnt connect via AOSS.

If I choose basic, I choose either multi security or not.

MSI Wind U135

I have a MSI Wind U135. Sometimes when I type, space appears between letters as if i pressing the space bar altho I'm not. It happens sometimes but not always. I take care of the netbook and dont drop it or handle it roughly. The only thing i have done to it prior to the problem was install new Java and uninstall it because copy paste wasnt working. I have system restore to a date prior to that now. Ive clean the keyboard in case something got stuck under the key but the problem was back last nite. Ive uninstalled all programs I suspect may be causing the problem and run antivirus but nothing was found. As i type this, everything is working.
Does anyone have any idea whats happening?

Hi guys,
Im just bought the above mentioned modem/router from Lowyat for RM 141. Its fast and stable unlike my Aztech modem. The Buffalo modem/router comes with 'Buffalo’s AirStation One-Touch Secure System (AOSS™) and Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)'. Im trying to connect my Samsung Tablet and Blackberry 3G to it using that function ie the AOSS. Anyone knows how to do it? Ive tried it but the gadgets wont connect. I can only connect using WPA2.

I won a Samsung Galaxy tablet from Samsung International. It was send from the UK and is now with customs. The are asking for Sirim Permit.
Do i go to the Sirim office in Shah Alam and apply for it? I think its RM100. The courier company is charging RM300 [ service + permit]. Do I bring any documentations with me if I do it myself? Anyone knows ?

Modem Problem

Here is what I have done....
Aztech 305E modem sucks bad because its always disconnecting. So I connected the blue modem Streamyx gave me to my PC via a wired router. The router is also wired to an Aztech 305E modem/router. I wanted the wifi abilities of the Aztech so that I can connect my phone to wifi. I had turned off DHCP server of the Aztech modem to make it work.
Now everything is working..everything can connect to the internet BUT I cant log into the Aztech admin ip. It was http://192.168.2.1. When I go to the address now, it wont load the page. What happened and any ideas how to rectify it?

I went back to my parents house for the weekend. I wanted to see how many clients they have on their wifi but I forgot the username/password to 192.168.1.1. Anyone have any ideas?
