[HELP] Photos gone after update IOS

Hello there,

Some of my photos in My Photo Stream are gone after I updated from IOS 7 to 9 (Iphone 5). After the update I access my Photo and a message to turn on iCloud photo library or something is prompted and I clicked yes/ok. I realized My Photo Stream folder is gone so I turned off the iCloud Photo Library and then turned on My Photo Stream. My photo stream folder reappeared but sadly only some of the photos are recovered, the one I took before 30 days.

I got no backup of those photos. I used fonelab, a third party photo recovery software and was able to locate my missing photos in the Photo Library folder but to activate this software will cost me 60+ USD!

How do I recover all the photos in My Photo Stream?

Please advice. Thank you.

I'm looking for a portable gaming laptop weight 2kg or less. Mainly usage is on FIFA, office365, C++ and CAD. I like the XPS 13 but I dont think it can play FIFA well.

Any suggestion? Budget 3-4k.
