IT Assistant

Role:
- Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and outgoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
- In charge of all the IT purchasing & inventory.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Manage information system, Google apps for business, telephone PABX and CCTV
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Manage the general administration of the department.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Remuneration: subject to experience (RM2,300 max)
