Dear Sifus,

I am considered as newbie in land deals. I practically has a buyer and seller on hand already. However, I am not a licensed and registered property agent. Can any Sifus here enlightened me with the procedures? Can I claim the commission myself as an individual? Any tax involved?
Also, what is the procedure to do the paperwork without engaging agents?

To change whole panel of radio Volvo V50

Hi,

I would like to check if anyone here knows the cost for changing the whole radio panel for Volvo v50. The radio is not functioning and it is affecting the sensor at the back.

To change the radio, federal auto said have to change the whole panel which cost 4k plus. Is this true?

Or is there any workshop to be recommended?

Hi Sifus,

I have just serviced my car, myvi 1.3.

Quoted as below:

1) Top Oil semi synthetic engine oil - rm125
2) Top Oil ATF - rm125
3) Air filter - rm 28
4) engine oil filter - rm 19
5) Coolant - rm28
6) labour - rm 25

Total is rm350. Is this reasonable? Reason being I just felt overpaid but I do not know the 'optimum' price for each product. Can the Sifus enlighten me?

Best is they can service the car (including air cons) as well as selling tyres.

Hi Sifus,

I have a noobie question to ask. I am considering an Islamic home loan from a bank. Am asking loan of rm280k. However, the loan amount shown on contract shows RM880k!

The agent told me that I do not owe this amount over 30 years. I have asked what is the real amount I loan but she is not able to inform me. Just informed that I can always check with the branch on the 'real' amount as Islamic loan has different features.

I am only wanna buy house but all this is an issue to me.

Can some1 enlighten me please on Islamic home loan? I've never known about this.

Toe in Pain

Hi All,

Previously my toenail has not been growing normally which resulted in aching my toe (flesh). I have gone for minor surgery bout 8 mths ago to pluck out the toenail.

Now, my toenail has grown back and is affecting my toe (flesh) again. However, it is only my toe (flesh) which is in pain but my toenail is not in pain.

Can anyone introduce an affordable doctor for this? Do not have a lot of money to spend on this.

they offer policy of only paying 109 per month for fix 10 yrs. then, u will be covered by another 27 yrs. good deal isnt it?

moreover, they cover life, total diability, natural disaster and all future new disease. only hiv n aids not covered.

coverage is 100k plus 20k on accidents.

is this true? cos they just call on the phone ? how do they charge??

Am currently using 175 70 13 on a wira. would like to change to 175/65r14 due to free tyres (new). hence, would like to ask how much is the cheapest rim if i were to change? any place to intro?

i dun really matter on the appearance. just wan to get cheap ones will do as i already save on the tyres costs.
