I was in the market for a new graphic tablet. And i found the above thread. I was interested so i pm the guy. I asked if it was still available and if it is i am willing to pay the price that he posted.

Then he told me that the item is boxed and ready to go. He also asked me when do i want it. And i told him that i'll be free the following day. He said wether we could meet at a certain place after dinner and and he included his hp num in the pm.

The next day i sms him if i could meet him earlier, he said how about 9.30pm. So i said yeah sure 9.30pm is fine. So i waited. Later on at 8pm he sms saying if we could meet on friday instead(this was a monday). Thing is i'm working on friday and i wasnt sure what time i'll be done with work. So i told him friday cannot. So he said if we could meet any other day besides that day. So i said weekdays im working but i generally work late. So unless he doesnt mind the odd hours of the day i'm fine with that.

So long story short. For the next few days, i'm trying to meet up with him. Almost everyday i asked him if he was free. Everyday he got something to do in cyberjaya. I mean fine. It's work. I get it. I'm not really that free either. But he kept asking if we could meet another day. And then i was fine. Another day also can. And i told him if he was free any other day before the appointed time just let me know. The sooner we deal the better.

So eventually, a week later. I sms him on a weekend asking him if he was free to deal. He replied sorry bro, I got another buyer with higher offer. And i was like wtf man. I told him if he was looking for a higher price i'll be glad to nego a little bit. Thing is i would like to take a look at the product first also. Then he replied saying if im willing to pay a higher price than the one the other guy was offering then he is willing to sell it to me. At that moment i was so frustrated that i didn't even bother to reply.

I'm just saying that i am ready to buy the thing. And he said it was ready to go. And i tried to set a meeting point, he kept changing the dates. And now, wtf man.

So yeah. Bad business etiquette.
