House renovation

Hi all,

Just want to ask is it possible to have a deal with the seller that I want to start renovation first before the full loan has disbursed? I have signed the S&P on 9 Oct and expect another 6-7 weeks for the full loan to be disbursed then only I can get the key.. I am currently renting a house and owner wants to terminate the tenancy next year march.. In this case, I have to ensure my house has to be ready to move in by then else I'll have to look for a temporary place.. Any suggestion?

I am in the midst of looking for job for a better pay and career enhancement

I have about 4 years working experience in consultancy firm, 1st 2 years in a software solution company doing technical implementation and also functional role and the next 2 years till current I am working at a telco vendor as a business consultant. I travelled a lot in the APAC region during my current employment and I really enjoy that.

I have an offer now doing the same thing as what I am doing now, pay above average. My role is acting like a project manager managing 2 resources serving the local clients here in Malaysia.

I always wanted to try out SAP or Oracle ERP Apps functional role but I don't know which consultancy firm in Malaysia is doing that. And also because I have no experience in both, any idea on how should I proceed or any companies that you can recommend?

My question here is should I start on a brand new field like SAP or Oracle ERP or should I accept the offer n continue doing the same thing as what I am doing now?

I'm looking around existing or yet to complete latest by end of this year condos in taman desa and mont kiara which is selling around 300-350k with about 1000-1200 sqf. I know I can easily find one in Taman Desa with such budget but I'm wondering whether I can afford one in mont kiara? I'm working in KLCC by the way.

Any recommendations for both of the mentioned areas?
