HOW MUCH DOES AGENT TOOK FROM YOU ?

any info from you guys ?

I know some people here maybe are used to be work as a recruiter in IT recuiter agent.

If you can explain in number of money then please explain in percentage of salary ?

let say for example person A was hired by IT recruiter agent B then He will be assigned to company C.

how much is C pay to B ?? is it one time pay or monthly pay ? then how much is B deduct from the monthly pay to give to person A ?

I just want to know the market place, so next time if i am offered by my company that i was currently assigned now, I will be prepared to value myself

I've heard that it could reach 50% or more. so let's say for example only C paid the agent B monthly 8000 RM than agent B only pay 4000 RM to person A

I know there would be some difference between one of agent to another agent. but please give information as much as possible.
