Details of the complaint :
Upon, agreeing the trade on 13/11/2009, I bank in RM160 into his bank acccount. Then he said he will sent it out on the following Thursday which is 19/11/2009. However, he failed to do so. Then he keep on delaying one week and another saying that he have exam, assignment and stuff and until TODAY he still haven't post it. Sometime he didn't even bother to reply my sms. I just sms him to refund me and he said ok. But after i send him my bank account, he never reply my sms.

Although his thread got many good comment, i still dont know why he suddenly like this.

10/12/2009 10.27pm - Sms-ed me saying that will bank in the money into my account on tomorrow (11/12/2009) and asked for the receipt after he bank in and I gave him the account number of mine.

11/12/2009 2.57pm - Sms-ed him, asked whether he bank in into my account already or not, but he said haven't.

11/12/2009 3.40pm - Sms-ed me saying that he will bank in into my account tonight and ask for my account number again. I sms-ed him 3 times to ask whether he receive the account number already or not but still no reply.

11/12/2009 11.47pm - Still no news or sms from him even though he said will bank in into my account today, tonight.

12/12/2009 3.00pm - Sms-ed him, still no respond. Called his phone for 7 times, no one pick up.

12/12/2009 8.44pm - Called his phone again, a little girl picked up (assume is his sister) saying that he went to Singapore, will be back in 3 days time, which is 15/12/2009.

12/12/2009 9.44pm - Found out his another phone number, his sister pick up, said that he went to Singapore and will be back in 3 days.

15/12/2009 12.20pm - Called his phone, someone name Alex who said he is seller's friend. He said that both of the phone number is actually his office phone. He said he will be back on 17/12/2009. I told him that his sister said he will be back today. After double checking, he said he will be back tonight. He also said that seller went to Singapore 3 days ago to get the HDD stock. Alex also gave me the seller's email.

15/12/2009 8.07pm - Call his phone again, his friend (assume is Alex) picked up the phone, said he still haven't come back, will be back about 10pm. He will ask seller to contact me later.

16/12/2009 12.26pm - Called both of his phone, but no one pick up

16/12/2009 10.56pm - made an enquiry at TTPM via online

17/12/2009 6.04pm - Called him, his sister picked up his phone, saying that he is in Ipoh right now. Then his cousin, Allen take over the phone. He said that seller is in Ipoh for his work. Will be back around Monday.

18/12/2009 9.46pm - Confirmed that the email is not true, call him again. Someone picked up the phone, saying that he will be back on Monday in the afternoon or night. He gave me another email of him.

18/12/2009 9.58pm - The email is also not true, called him again. The same person picked up the phone, he said that he delayed many other business also, then he said he dont have another or way to contact him. Sometime he will call back his house with public phone.

23/12/2009 8.06pm - after calling him for almost the whole day, he suddenly call me. After i answered the phone, no on talked. Then he cut the phone. Then can't get through his digi number.

24/12/2009 1.00am - Called his maxis phone, got through, but some disco like music starts to play.

26/12/2009 12.00am - Called his phone, someone picked up, but not the sellerm. The person said the seller is doing something, but can't hear what it is as the voice is not clear, then he cut off the line.

26/12/2009 12.09am - Sms him whether he will refund or not. He reply me asking whether I have a maybank or account or not. I said no. Then he ask for my bank account again. When I asked him when can refund, he said he is very busy, then he no more replying.

26/12/2009 12.36am - sms me saying that he will bank in the refund into my account tomorrow, and will give me a call.

26/12/2009 6.08pm - sms him to ask whether he bank in to my account already. He said that the bank already close when he is there and the branch they dont hae cash deposit machine. He said he will bank in the money into my acount on monday and will sms me after that.

28/12/2009 12.37pm - sms and called him he said he is having appointment, and will call me later

28/12/2009 9.44pm - Called him, someone name Rex picked up the phone saying that he is out meeeting with his friend and forgot his phone. Will call me when he's back.

29/12/2009 12.21pm - no one pick up the phone

29/12/2009 12.41pm - Rex said he is not back yet.

31/12/2009 6.04pm - still cannot contact him. No one pick up the phone. The line is like cut off half way.
