Water Pump at Tank vs Heater with Pump?

Currently renovating/rebuilding my house but I can't decide between this two. Here're some questions,

In two stories terrace house, (first floor 2 bathrooms, g floor 1 bathroom) , 440gallon water tank is on first floor roof, anyone knows how well usually the water pressure be on the first floor? Good enough for rain shower heaters?

At my old house, I realized heater with pump does not work probably if the main water pressure is low, but I guess it depends on the brands.

Someone suggested me to get the heater with pump first, if the pressure is not good then install the main pump but I am afraid I will waste more money because heater with pump is more expensive, once we have main pump there is no point anymore.

Are heater with pump less durable compared to those without pumps?

What about the electricity? Will the main pump use more electricity compared to heater w/ pump?

Realtek Audio Driver problem

So after Microsoft sneakily updated my windows without my consent,

All my media player files stopped playing sound, my media players also does not appear in the audio mixer at all.

I mentioned only media files because other audio seems to work fine, windows notification sounds plays fine, video on Youtube via chrome browser also work fine,

Movies will play fine, but without audio, if I try to play a file in Windows Media Player, it will show the following error message

"windows media player encountered a problem while playing the file"

I have tried:

Updating Realtek audio drivers
Uninstalling/reinstalling Realtek audio drivers
Installing different versions of Realtek audio drivers
Disabling/re-enabling "Windows Audio" Service.
Updating motherboard drivers

All will not work, but if I uninstall the Realtek drivers completely and let windows resorted to install its built-in "High Definition Audio Device", all audio would work properly but with degraded sounds as usual.

Specs: MSI Gaming M5 motherboard, Realtek® ALC1150 Codec.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Saw this on lelong, cost about the same as a Kingston Savage 240gb which I was about to buy, it is also the cheapest M.2 SSD i could find, any insight on this?

Hi all, my budget for this upgrade is around RM3000, I wanted to build a rig that would last me for at least 5 years. Using it for mid range gaming (1080p is enough), and work mostly for Adobe illustrator and Photoshop. I don't need SSD at the moment because it is something I can add-on later.

I'm worried about the 550W PSU may not be enough. I also can't decide between Air Cooler and AIO Water cooler, I heard there is a risk of leaking so I would be safer with Air Cooler. My old rig is a 6 years old Athlon X2, not worth mentioning. Any opinion and advise would be welcomed. Thanks in advance.
