Queen size box spring bed frame

I move house last week. I got a queen size box spring bed frame unable to move up to my bed room
The bed frame is too bit and stuck at staircase when we try to move it up. Not enough corner space to turn...
Any sifu got suggestion / idea / experience to share???

relocate telekom phone db box behind house

Hi all sifu here,

My house is under reno (2nd hand house) to extend kitchen. Found a telekom db box attached behind my house. Every house got the same box behind.
It will be inside my house after extend kitchen. Plan to relocate it to outside. I saw a few house also done the same.
I ask my wireman, he say he can try but the box will locate a bit lower due to wire not long enough...
Can you all advise on this? Can this be done by normal electrician? Will it cause any issue if I apply unifi in future?

Renovation permit (MBSA)

I just got my house key (7 yrs old house). Since the are is under MBSA (Shah Alam), the went there to checkout on reno permit.
They say for intermitted house is 1 hr approval if I take their standard plan...
In order to apply, I have to submit few docs includs the CF of that house as well...
When I ask from seller, they say they also did not have it when they purchase the house from 1st owner...so means 1st owner lost the CF doc

So now I am not sure how to proceed as I wish to extend the kitchen area...Anyone can advise?
