Okay Im at 6 ft 22 years old weighing at 55kg.. From what I've heard, friend told me to stop working out and just eat until Im really fat then only shred.. So I want your opinion guys.. and Oh... Can I use protein powder instead of weight gainers ? Thanks for the feedback guys.. Appreciated it.

guys need your help on which weight gainer is the best for me.. im currently standing at 6 foot 1 inches tall with only 49kg of weight... Tried different stuff before but it didnt work so im resorting to the best weight gainer in town.. Any recommendations?

hi guys..if can i need u all to help me with my fone...the problem is..everytime i wanna charge it ...it wont charge...its not the charger and batt problem....yes it has the icon charging but actually after i removed the charger the fone ar like never charged at all....so im currently frustrated and if can would appriciated it if u guys who know a thing or two can help out..thanks
