i am here to make a complaint againts ZULIZO with my yesterday COD with him at South City Plaza and the product is stated as below

link

Yesterday he seems to be in a rush so i based on my trust asked for 1 day to test the product and he agreed since he gave no personal warranty, he seems honest i must say and yes i am stupid...i learnt my lesson.

went back home in a rush and tested on my dell pc first; seems like ok with start up, showing all the normal step to log into windows xp, but before it went into windows xp login screen, the lcd monitor turn blank. i tried many configuration from resolutions, refresh rate, download drivers, cmos setup, and so and so...still failed. sometimes it able to show my desktop, but after few minutes, it will turn blank again. contacted him about the problem but he claimed never had this problem before.

so fine, could be my dell problem, tested again this morning at office, plenty of PCs here, from dell pc, to hp pc, to server, to clones pc, to old days p3 pcs and even plug into notebooks...still failed.

surfed around the net and found my self a surprise, seems like this problem do exist with many users. all same problem like mine, screen just ain't gonna turn on when come into windows xp login screen. My IT fellow had tested for me one whole morning, confirm it's the LCD issue, what is more to say since plenty of forums showing many users have this problem and the only solution is send it back to samsung for board replacement at lowyat.

some other users with same problem with samsung 510n
based on what i found in other country

The seller keep on mentioning the problem never happend when the lcd is in his hand. blaming no guts to put up a personal warranty for the sake "when product reach the buyer hand, the product will not work"

i do hope the seller to settle this issue in a more gentle-men style instead of keep on saying it was fine when it's in his hand.

and by the way, this lcd sticker is showing date of purchase is 2004. seller claimed, item is 1 year ++
