Vdd voltage fluctuation

hi peops, my specs as follows:

AMD Athlon XP 2700+ Thoroughbred B
Epox 8RDA+ Ultra 400 Rev 2.0
Kingston 512 MB DDR400 Value Hynix D43 RAM (256 X2)
Hercules 3D Prophet 9800 Pro 128MB
Enlight 420W

not overclocked. full specs are in my sig...

if my Vdd voltage fluctuates between 1.440 to 1.680 volts, is there a problem? it didn't use to fluctuate like this and of late my PC seems to be a bit unstable. if it's a problem, i'd appreciate if someone could tell me the causes and possible solutions.
