how? corporate/ montage video...

how does people make a corporate video? what software do they use? i dont really care wheter mac or pc..
i've been searching and trying.. tried imovie, cool but not very dynamic.. i wanted to write description or something on the video.. and the progra might be able to be added with add ons and transition.. thnks guys..

hye networking gurus..

situation: i am in a building which unintended block all networking signal from the outside(wireless broadband, phone line and almost every line we can think of). FYI, the wireless broadband signal is quite good outside, plus there are wifi hotspot that can reach said building)So i have been given the task from my boss to get the internet from the outside to one room t the center of the building. i have some knowledge on computer, but your help and opinion sure helps alots!

Current idea:

a. On the outside, place a wireless broadband(mifi) modem. Bring the internet through LAN(plus repeater on some point to avoid degradation of internet signals) cable to the room and plug in a wireless router.

b. Use some sort of wireless repeater which output to LAN cable(if the technology even exist) to the wireless router put in the room.

I would prefer the first idea since the wifi hotspot signal isn't that good. Please give your opinion and advise me on what i have mislooked.. your help is very much appreciated.

5.1 surround opinion...

hi guys.. can i ask something? my situation is like this.. i have a ps3, and i would like to at least experience 5.1 surround.. i have 1 5.1amplifier, 5 speaker and a subwoofer.. but my amps do not have any optical input..it only have front, rear and sub input... the connection i do now is hdmi>tv>component>amps... and i realised that when playing movies or games, the front speakers does not working(maybe cause of the component connection)...

so, is there any way for me to get the 5.1 experience? is buying receiver the only way? what can i do with my <600 budget?

hye computer pros.. i ve decided to develop a communication system(voip) and sending pictures using MANET technology for my final year.. but, what i want to ask you all is,
what is the things that i should know? what is the things that i should have? I have done several research.. but none of them tells me specificly of what i want to know..

rockband accesories problem

hye.. i had posted at the rockband section, but, its like no one seems to care.. so, i had to make a new post here.. maybe someone can help..

my rockband drum(for ps3) had problems with one of the drums, and it seems like the problem is because of the coin sensor.. so, any of you had the same experience? can anyone tell me which shop can help fix it? or any of you guys know where can i get the coin sensor?

hi guys.. my ps3 are using firmware 2.0 and my psp are using custom firmware 3.52 m33-4 by dark alex and m33 team..
the problem is, i'm trying to connect my ps3 and psp via usb to register the psp so i can use the remote play function... but.. the psp cannot be recognise by the ps3... but, my psp can be access as a memory card reader... help.. i really want this remote play function...

hye guys.. i've been thinking of opening a cyber cafe of some sort..but.. without the computer.. only full packed with next gen item to be played.. everyone will be charge by hours of playing..

3ps3, 3 x360 and 2 wii + 8 32hdtv...

and, i'll support original game renting...

do u guys think it's worth it? i'm thinking of opening the shop.. but, i dont know hows the market going.. so, hoping that u guys can give ur opinions...

yesterday, ' surveyed at sunway pyramid for x360, but, there was none!! just the box, but no 360! i asked them why, they said that their stock was returned bcoz the initial 360 had many overheating problem! so, they said that they will get the new and improved 360 by the end of the year.. so, meanwhile they said to not buy any xbox from current dealers coz it may be too risky.....

so, guys.. what do u think? all the sunway pyramid shop! not just one!
