Repair casement-hung window and broken glass

Anyone has any contact that can repair the below:

(1) Repair casement-hung window. The window has difficulty to close because the screw is missing and the bottom and got problem.

(2) Replace a broken glass. One of the fixed window panel is cracked and need to be replaced.

Internet banking for CIMB Current Account

I'm very confused by CIMB Internet Banking for business.
I've a joint business and we opened a current account in CIMB Bank.
I want to apply for internet banking majority is for checking transaction only.
Is that possible? WIll there be fees?
I have checked with Maybank and they can offer maybank current account with Maybank2u without any charges.
Anyone has any experience?

Before this, it has Basic Plan, SMS Plan and Talk Plan.

This is making me very confusing. What is the difference between all these plan?
Currently I'm on active365.
Anyone can explain?

I'd suggest to prohibit sellers to put PM for price in the LYN Street mart/garage sales.
It's very annoying that many users need to PM the seller to get the price. At least they need to put up an indicative price so that the buyer has a chance to compare the price among sellers.
