Windows wait too long to appear on screen

Hi all,

I am running Windows 7 64bit, when I leave my pc idle and do other stuff. Then when I come back wanted to comtinue my work, it takes quite some time for the screen to appear. Previously when i use Windows XP and Windows 7 32bit also don't have such problem. Anyone can help me on this?

My rig spec are gigabite EP45-UD3L, 4gb ram, Gc : Leadteck GTX-460, intel core 2 quad 8200 proc.
