software to copy protect mp3 in thumb drive

any software to copy protect mp3,wav,etc on thumb drive

the song on the thumb drive can be palyed normally on all the mp3 players

but it cannot be copied when plug into pc, it just show some strange file

i've seen it but dunno what prog did they use, can anyone point me to the right direction?

win7 keep freeze

i5 750, h55m-usb3 newest bios, elite 2gb ddr3, wd 1tb, seasonic 520w, gt240, hd3870

keep freezeing in win7 without doing anything n square pixel line come out on screen, 3870 can login to win7 with driver installed, gt240 after install driver it will hang at the welcome screen

change new mobo, swap ram with kingston, swap gc, only thing left 2 swap was cpu n hdd, the problem still exist

ahem win7 BUT its working flawlessly in many many other pc, using vista also same prob, havent try win xp yet

2moro try with 500gb hdd, if problem still exist isit the cpu die oredi??

since the price is close, which set work best for 24/7 heavy bt + surf

i dont want when bt n got too many connection, it become cannot surf the net

the box beside install files for east asia languages is greyed out, so cannot unselect it.
now, how can i uninstall it ?

Personal equipment
Modem: now using dsl500g and used many other modem, all same problem
Router: no
Firewall used: no

Problem details
First occurence of problem: since got screamix
Problem frequency: everytime
Problem description: direct http dl only 5-10kb unless use download manager such as dap or idm baru can get full speed. but youtube n others streaming media, is slow like hell , but the surfing is very good, p2p also can run at full speed (b4 throttle la)
i tried at many of my friends place , the streaming in utube n others site can run flawlessly and http dl is fast

my line is 1mb/512kb

task manager gone nuts
