Internet speed being capped after driver update

hello guyz... i just reformat my windows today. the reason i am reformatting my windows is because i have a problem with wifi connection connected via PCIe card. i realize that, after installing fresh windows, my internet speed working just fine for 5Mbps (unifi package) with UL 4Mbps++ and DL 4Mbps++... the problem start when i have finished installing all the drivers (graphic, ethernet, etc) and software such as antivirus then my internet speed drop to 800kbps - 1300kbps for UL and DL with ping over 800... i have reformat and install the latest drivers from AMD (via sapphire websites) and TP-LINK for PCIe card several times. can anyone help me to figure this out why i am facing the internet speed problem?

note:

- there is no problem or what so ever with my router (other devices can connect with maximum speed)
- when i try to tethering my phone and connect my computer via wifi created by the phone it works perfectly at maximum speed for my data plan on the phone

Hardisk Problem

Hi, i have a problem with my system lately. recently i was installing my new SSD and i use my SSD just for windows operating system and my old HDD works as media storage.

my problem is that, windows hang just after start up after the system detecting the HDD. i am now having problem with my PSU most probably due to insufficient power supply or due to one of my sata power cable is broken (not so sure) but currently i am using external power supply adapter just to power up the HDD. at first, after installing the fresh windows on SSD everything works fine but gradually i am facing the hang problem and also HDD frequently disconnected. i have try to reformat my SSD several times but the problem still persists. anyone knows whats the problem? is my HDD is dying? or could be a problem with the mobo?

[WTA] Wireless USB + Wireless PCIe

Hi guyz...i recently bought a wireless PCIe card (TP-LINK TL-WN781ND). Before this I used wireless USB Adapter (TP-LINK TL-WN721N).

Currently i suspect that my USB adapter got problem (Speed reduced over time/always disconnected) so i bought the PCIe card.

I just finished installing the PCIe driver on my computer with previous USB adapter driver still has not been removed on my system.

My question is that, can i have both drivers on my system or should i remove the USB driver first and then go for the PCIe driver?

i am unable to uninstall my USB driver due to my router require only registered MAC address which i dont have authorised to register it (i have to wait for my brother to do it for me probably by next week) so i am afraid if i uninstall the USB driver and install a new PCIe driver i believe my computer will have a new MAC address is it? (correct me if i am wrong). thats my concern now.

so instead of loosing current USB driver (which still can be used although it is under performing) i plan to keep it first and then go for PCIe driver. can i do this or not? or would it be any driver conflicts in future?

but the problem is now i have done it and my PCIe card does not seem to work. the PCIe driver installed successfully but unfortunately it is not working. The TP-LINK wireless configuration utility do not detect my PCIe card. so whats the problem now?

referring to this HD 5850 vs HD 6850

i see a lot of other review saying that HD 5850 outperform HD 6850...is it true? HD 6850 should be better than HD 5850 isn't it because of the newer series (the 6 series)? even on HD 6870 also losing out in terms of texel rate. anyone can explain this to me? if i am looking for better image quality and the smoothness of the graphic motion which one should i go for?
