            <description>Below are the problems... this is a pm that i send to him regarding this matter&lt;br /&gt;only asking him to giv me the receipt so that i can send to rma at thundermatch as he said. but after 2 weeks after i complain, i still didn&amp;#39;t get any receipt. i even pm him but only get ok ok ok. so right now im fed-up already... what should i do.. please advise me.. thx&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;QUOTE&lt;br /&gt;bro.. its me clan204 who bought ur processor 3.0ghz and msi pt880 neo fsr mobo.... just receive the mobo by saturday night..... and after testing for 2 days, it come to conclusion that ur msi mobo is faulty...&lt;br /&gt;1. the sound port cannot be use. sound doesn&amp;#39;t came out when using the green jack for normal speaker or headphone connector. i already d/l and install the newest driver found in msi site but also cannot hear anything. when i play movie, mp3 or anything the sound is not cameout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. after i install xp pro sp2 original cd installation and install all the driver found in the msi site and. the mobo will restart it self after a few minutes even if i not doing anything or the computer is idle.... the mobo will restart again and again and i cannot use it for anything.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;fyi. im using p4 2.0 ghz, 256mb x 2 unit (Hyperx, Samsung, Infineon) DDR400, DDR333, New WD HDD 80GB + New 40GB, ATI9200 VGA Enlight 410 PSU.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the system is setup using default setting and the parts is not oc and only running its stock speed. all latest driver have been d/l regarding this matter but also fail to solve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;after consulting my fren at one of the supplier he says that the mobo is faulty.... and i know that the mobo is bought at enlight.. but i need to know where is the mobo is bought and i need oso the receipt so that i can claim to rma with enlight. looking at the enlight warranty sticker the mobo is bought on 2005/05 and still have warranty till 2007/05&lt;br /&gt;ady talking to enlight warranty department and they ask me to claim to the shop where i bought the mobo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for the processor i still not testing it cos right now it is at my fren place... i will try to test it by this week and will pm u ...ok&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so im thinking if u can do the rma for me and give me the receipt i will keep the mobo but if not i will return back to u and get the refund....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so please pm me asap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thx</description>
