Contact Lens Dispute

This is My Thread selling cosmetic coloured lenses.
The situation is this (as unbiased as possible):
choongjoey ordered Neo Dali Brown lenses from me with power -2.50 and -2.25.
I had an agent who agreed to supply me with lenses to sell but this agent FFK-ed me so not wanting to disappoint my clients, I approached Rachel to order.
Rachel told me that she only has -2.50 for both sides.
I returned to choongjoey to ask if she is ok with -2.50 for both sides and she replied with her details without a definite answer.
I admit it is my mistake for not reconfirming with her on the power and instead assumed that her supplying her details and banking in the money was a sign of agreement.
However, I have not kept the message proclaiming my asking her regarding the power change.
Now that she has received the lenses, she is unhappy with the product with the claim that the product is an imitation due to different packaging and details and that I supplied her with the wrong power.
However, the lenses appear to be in different packaging only because the producer changed packaging as shown in the link in my thread.
Also, the details I supplied regarding the lenses are according to my initial supplier's website.

With that, I hope you can help us settle this dispute. I had no intention whatsoever to commit any fraudulence of any kind and I think there was a simple misunderstanding regarding the power of the lenses. On my part, I did play the role of a seller by delivering the item on time and according to my interpretation of an agreement of trade as per the real business world i.e. supplying of mailing details and banking in of money. Furthermore, I agreed to help choongjoey exchange the lenses for the correct power. Nevertheless, I do apologise for the matter that is ensuing now. I am not afraid to come out and bring this up in the dispute corner because I have no bad intentions. I do not hope for any pointing of fingers here, only for a mutual agreement that results in a win-win situation.

In all sincerity, hope those of you who read this can contribute your opinions and be the jury of this matter.
