Can Router Modem share internet from other modem?

i'm using Wimax broadband and they provide the modem for us, with the wifi dongle..but the dongle totally not working, all of my devices cant detect the wifi at all...

would like to know, can i share out the internet by plug in the LAN cable from wimax modem >> my router modem(is a router modem, not a router)
and share the internet access..

how it works??

cannot start the car..

jznow i switch the car battery to another car...
when i put it back,the alarm is on...

then cannot start the car dy..
