Need change table if wanna use monitor arm( which is in plan for future )

hi guys, 1st time in here hope didnt post in wrong place.

im using vivo xplay3s have 2 partition for its storage 6gb + 23gb now most apps wont go in the other partition so the OS partition keeps getting full.
so i have been googling around for a 3rd party rom that can unify its storage but till now cant find any.

is there any other way to solve this storage problem ?

simple question.

im gonna use lan cable from modem( which in my hall ) to my room PC ( around 10m away )

cable length around 20m + - ( up to ceiling and down back to my room )
so just wanna ask whether to use cat5e or cat6 cable ?
and why so ?

tried reset cmos and default - still same
tried set ahci and legacy+uefi - still same
using sata dvdrom - still same
use usb dvdrom - still same
remove all ssd n hdd left 1 ssd - still same
all option at F8 - still same

only change casing no other hardwares changes
