Creative Gigaworks T20 prob....

Anyone using a T20 experience distortion while playing low bass mp3s?? My brand new T20 sounds like something loosen in it while playing those music. For example like Eminems Cleaning out my closet etc... It only appears on the right satellite, compared both and found that the prob doesn't exist on the left....

It only appears at higher volumes though, i don't think i'm blasting it cause the volume knob is turned till bout 3/4 only n 3/4 at volume control in windows.... I'm using a Creative Xmod as output...

Anybody can help?? Thanks.
