i7 6700k sudden jump in temperature

Hi all
I just got my i7 6700k build today
after aseembly all the parts and boot into windows
i noticed that my CPU cooler fan will randomly run in high RPM, but only for a brief 1-2 seconds
but usually it runs in low RPM mode

After logging the temperature using coretemp
I discovered that my PC temperature idle at around 29c~31c, but it will spike to 48c~53c for a brief moment if i run a program, then drop back to idle range
This is really annoying to listen my cpu cooler fan running in high rpm randomly

Here is my hardware spec:
Proc: i7 6700k (Stock in this scenario)
Mobo: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
Ram Corsair LPX DDR4 2666Mhz (Running in XMP 2600Mz in this scenario)
CPU Cooler: Corsair Seidon 120L Plus
PSU: Cooler Master V750 Fully Modular
GFX: MSI 970 OC 4GB

Any sifu knows what's the problem?

Question About Facebook Like & Follower

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this question here, but I couldn't find any suitable place other than this.
Anyway, here are my questions:

1) Mr. A got 5k friends, and 50k followers. If Mr. A like my Facebook Page / sharing my post, will this news feed post only on his friends' walls, or also on his followers' walls?

2) If I click on promote post, will my post appear on Mr. A's followers' wall?

3) Is there any other method for displaying my page's news feed on Mr. A's followers' walls?
