Hotlink Confusing Support Information

Dear Sir/Madam

I have a prepaid number 012-726XXXX which planned to port out to other provider.

Unfortunately, when porting out I was told by the other service provider that Hotlink account must be active to be ported out. (Which I find quite funny where by I need to put more money to cancel a package?)
So I have called Hotlink hotline 123 to confirm, yes indeed we need to top up at least RM10 to make it active. Also, I DO MENTIONED HOW THE FUND CAN BE TRANSFERRED?
The operator did tell me that the fund can be transfer AFTER YOU HAVE PORTED OUT, JUST CALL BACK TO HOTLINE TO REQUEST FOR IT. Do not find excuses that your staff did not mentioned it or avoid by repeating it is your company policy. I know your company do have record of the conversation. Track back your system and listen our conversation.

Now, my number has been ported out to other operator and its time to call back Hotlink to request for fund transfer. However, the support operator told me that the fund has to be transfer BEFORE PORT OUT. I really quite upset with this kind of reply and I want a proper explanation for every question below else I will continue and make this case it viral in the internet.

1) Why previous operator say after port out then request for fund transfer and now is the other way round?

2) If you have the policy or terms and condition. Show me!

3) If stated in your company policy then why in the first place your operator mentioned is after port out only perform fund transfer?

4) If have such policy after port out fund cannot be transfer why in the first place your operator did not inform or remind customer about this? I can consider as cheating customer.

5) If fund cannot be transfer after port out. Means I deposit money RM1000 in a bank and I decided to port out to other bank. Bank staff purposely do not inform or remind customer to withdraw money then the money is forfeited? (Hooray! Customer has been cheated!)
