Buying iPad 2 From US or AUS

Hey guys, a cousin of mine from US and another from Australia will be coming back next month. I might asking them to get me an iPad 2.
But what's in my mind is, is it okie to buy from overseas ?

1. Is it locked ?
2. How does it work with local Telco ?
3. I'm getting the WiFi + 3G model, is it possible to buy from US without signing the Telco there ?
As I see in the website, it has AT&T and Verizon set.
4. Tell me what else should I consider.

As the picture shown below, this happened when I was trying to update something.
I don't know what I did, just pressing around. And the screen hang, but the circle is still spinning, for few hours already.
Tried to shut down by holding the power button but failed.

Sifus out there please help.

How To Disable 3G

Hey guys, how do I ensure my 3G is off ? I already went to Setting -> General -> Network -> Enable 3G(off).
But why sometimes I still can access to internet even when there is no Wi-Fi around ?
I scare my bill flies up high.

New Hardisk Loads Slow

Hey guys, I just bought a new Samsung 1TB hardisk last week and I transferred all my stuff into it. The problem is when I click on the folders in the partition, it takes like around 3 seconds to load. This doesn't happen on my another hardisk partition. What seems to be the problem ? I'm using Windows 7. Thanks.

User Account Control

Hey sifus, I've just formatted my Windows into Windows 7 a week ago. And now a serious problem occurred.
When I trying to open a program or make any changes to any folder, the User Account Control message appeared, and I'm not allowed to click 'Yes' !

Sorry shits happened to my print screen button.

I couldn't disable the UAC cause itself appeared when I was trying to make a change.

Someone please enlighten me. Thanks.

PC Couldn't Switch On

I can't switch on my PC.. No light.. Both fans running.. Processor got heat..

Here's my specs..

Processor = Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4GHZ
Motherboard = Asus P5QL PRO
Ram = 1Gb Corsair DDR2 Twin2x
Graphic Card = Asus 9600GT
PSU - Enermax 460W

I'm not sure is it my power extension overload..

Changing XP to Vista

Hey sifus.. I'm planning to replace my XP with Vista 32-bit.. Actually I did it before but kept appearing BSOD..
I'm not sure what's the problem and I cant attach the minidump here cause I've formatted to XP..
If I not mistaken it was graphic card problem.. But I did updated to latest one but BSOD still occured..
By the way I have no BSOD problem using XP..
I wonder is there any BSOD that cannot be solved ? And my pc cannot support Vista ?
Just to make sure my problem can be solved before installing Vista

Cannot Enter OS After Installing Service Pack

Lately my OS (Vista Premium) auto install Service Pack and when rebooting I cannot enter OS anymore.. Almost everytime I have to repair using CD only I can enter OS..
I'm using original one.. Can you guys sifus tell me what happened ?
At least teach me how to disable auto installing service pack so that I dont have to repair everytime I use my ladtop before the problem solved..

Appear Blue Screen And Restart

Sometimes when I playing game.. I tab in tab out for few times and my pc appear blue screen..
It says something like 'collecting data for crash dump'.. I'm not sure cause it just appeared for a while..
Why is it ? Last few days I've been following some instruction to shrink my partition volume.. I'm not sure is it cause of the instruction..

Problem Switching On My PC

On 4th July I bought a PC from Jayacom.. The specs are :

Processor - Intel E4600 2.4
Motherboard - Asus P5K PRO
Graphic Card - Nvidia 9600GT
RAM - 2GB
Power Supply - Enermax FMA II 460W (Bought from ALL IT)

For the first day I bought it I can switch it on.. But the day after when I tried to switch on again.. No display.. LED off.. Fan running.. No beep sound.. Can feel the heat.. After few more time I tried then it works.. Then once I shut down and I hardly switch on again..

Then yesterday I went to Jayacom technician and they told me it's the Motherboard problem so they changed me a new one.. And it worked for the first time.. And today I woke up and I tried to switch on again.. F**ked up again.. The same problem..

Can all you sifus here kindly tell me what's the problem ?

What you guys say about these specs ? Which to take which to drop

a.For this programming problem how many outputs are required?
b.How many inputs does this problem have
Determine an algorithm for converting the input items into output items. Assume that the number of 56 ohm resistors is m, the number of 33 ohm resistors is n, the number of 15 ohm resistors is p.
c.Test the algorithm written for part C using the following sample data:
m=17, n=24, and p=12.
d.Code the above in C++ program using the above information given. Your program should produce the following display:
The total resistance, in ohms, is xxxx
Where xxx is replaced by the actual resistance value calculated by your
program.

2.Write a C++ program to convert temperature in degrees Fahrenheit to degrees
Celcius. The equation for this conversion is Celsius = 5.0/9.0 (Fahrenheit - 32.0).
