Need suggestion > Outdoor CCTV or Spy Cam

Hi all, i need help on model and brand suggestion for any brand for cctv or spy cam comply the priority spec below:

a. battery power / long hour used . Ex: reolink argus 2
b. good motion detection Ex: reolink argus eco
c. can standalone. no need wifi router to connect see the catch video. Phone wifi to camera wifi. for outdoor used. Ex: 70mai dashcam pro.
d. using mcard.
e. night vision.
f.outdoor

For easy spec it is like 70mai dashcam pro but more cctv liked. So far i get argus eco but still not confident if it can just direct connect or set without internet wifi/router. Anyone have used before this kind or cctv? or can suggest any brand or any other type ? basicly can just used any 70mai dashcam but want to find if have other than them outside market??

as per my siggy i own xfx 9800gtx+ but rite now i think dead already..so here i just want to ask if any otai that can help me suggest new gc that can replace my old gc card but with limited budjet around rm250.. if can the gc u suggest must better than that and if still cannot at least par with it..if can also just state price and shop to get it..ty..ty

ellooo...i just need help if any1 know or have seen mr.mark commercial in tv. that commercial show mr.mark new tool such as power drill. it commercial show somehow like this >> 1 people try to use that power drill to open nut screw near helicopter fan.later that fan turn and that heli fly to show how power that drill rotate. >> that mr.mark tools have other brands name.need that brand name.forget it..any1 remember or have seen this mr.mark commercial on tv? plz help...

p/s: i think it new tool and already search it on internet under mr.mark,cannot find.maybe use other brand name as shown on it commercial....

i just try using win7 ultimate 64bit and discover when i installed program that make shortcut icon on desktops and i try to delete that shortcut icon at desktop all icon image associate with that icon shortcut will disappear.any1 know the solution? i just new in win 7. This also happen not only when installed but also when i create shortcut for any program at desktop and delete that shortcut, then the icon image for that program will missing...

p/s:hope some1 know the solution

cpu : (suggest me amd only)
mobo:
hdd: (no need big capacity)
ram: (maybe 2gb)
psu: (enough to support this build)
gc: (most suite to tiz budget,maybe ati)
burner : LG 22x

i have a problem that i don not know how to solve.i very2 sad since all the collection of my avi movie are now gone in my external hd..that thing have remove the original avi file into 67.5 KB size file with same icon but with exe extension.all of my movie avi collection are replace by that. my nod32 2.7 latest update 2 week ago cannot detect the virus.so what is the problem. i happen when i just plug in my external to my sister laptop that maybe infected.i overlook to that exe extension properties and can see in version tab >> file version:0.0.0.0 >> description:media player classic>> copyright : copyright c 2008 anti pornografi. all right >> comment : workstation on-demand pornografi scanner>> file version 0.00 >> internal name : wmplayer >> langguage : us >> legal : antiporn r is a registered trademark of antiporn gmbh, indonesia.... that all i can see..and now i'm really stuck..angry because all my collecttion missing..hope someone otai can help me..huhuhuhu

help i don't know wat the problem.when i start the pc at the bios there are some massage say that primary disk error.so i change to secondary.also same secondary dis error.plese press f1 to continue.if i continue the massage say plese insert system disk.invalid system disk.so i format it.can format.also can copy the new window.restart it.then remove xp cd.then the same pblem still occur.the new installation for new win xp can't occurs..try to test hd with another pc and its ok.then who know waht the pblem? for information the motherboard is asus A7s333...huhuuh..is there a chance tiz motherboard broke or hd?

if there anyone can help me? i'm am using utorrent 1.6 client and alredy port forward it.it ok.and also i have add the utorrent in kav 6 trusted zone.so far it ok.but when i using proxomitron to make the torrent always alive it show error and the torrent did not run.i know it is the problem cause by the kav 6 since i set the utorrent proxy server as localhost to make it run with proxomitron.but with kav 6 it cannot run.if there someone how the make the proxomitron useful with kav 6?is there any setting that can help

i have buy acer inspire 4720 new ones.it comes with gnu grub and linpus linux.the problem is that when i boot it with win xp setup the setup can't detect the hard disk.so i try a few solution but still can't but then i get to format the hardisk but using windows vista installation.now then, when i boot back using win xp setup disk the same problem as before came back.the win xp setup can't detect the hard disk. for more info i'm using win xp pro setup.at the blue screen it said
