How to search software lisence

hi... i would like to know how to find software lisence that i've already installed in windows system.
for example, microsoft office licence number. my previous software inventory record was a mess n now i'm re-organize it. i'm really appreciate ur help guys..

Printer Problem

good morning..

i have a problem with my network printer.
yesterday my pc cannot detect all my network printers.
then when i try to add a printer again, an error message show, saying that a printer spool cannot be found..
i have tried to troubleshoot using microsoft guide "printer spool failed to start". and i even repair my windows but still wont help.
all my network printer list were gone, and i cant add any new printer.. please help me guys.

hi...

yesterday i modified a registry after clean up a virus.
then i accidentally put a wrong registry value.
after i restart my pc, i cannot log in to my user account.
guest account also cannot...
once i click, and load, then it will log off..
i tried to log by safe mode,but also cannot..
i've tried to use last known good configure, cannot also coz i have disabled
system restore...

what should i do then?
if anyone knows, please reply ASAP..
