Yesterday -15/5/08.
I go to PCZone to buy my new Samsung LCD. 2253BW. Then ask boss wun to buy the LCD regarding from lelong.com.my site. Asking him that i had given the stated price.rm920.through email. Then he ask me to go one of his staff to handle my LCD sales process. His staff said that the price already changed due to increase market price.Not the same price stated in lelong/pczone site.
Then i ask the staff to see his boss.Don care,wun to complain. Then he giving me an excuse that the price stated in the lelong got mistaken.typo error.after i come,juz notice the typo error. Before this, nver realise. Giv me stupid reason?. How come u got mistaken if u send me an email. Then i uphold my statement that pczone already decide to sell that price. U cannot do like this.we have made a deal. U alrdy given me an email. U should notice me earlier if the price had increase. He offer me gantirugi rm30 or discount rm30 for the item due to the mistaken pczonecomputer site. Then i argue..coming this far,got treat like this . He said..no untung . Stupid excuse. Offer me difference price from the deal. Then I ask nicely.. He said if i wun to complain.no use. Nothing changes..if i complain.no wun care. He ask the technician to delete the item immediately frm pczone website. Ask me to go other shop survey the best price.why should i go survey?. Alrdy decided to buy direct from lelong thread. Why should i go to other shop?
I go out while thinking how to clarify the truth. Ask my fren the number who incharge lelong thread. I call him. He answered, ask nicely email how can i get the item.i thought mgmt ppl. Actually the same person i deal before(boss). I juz wun to know who incharge that site. See.. how come he doesnt know we had met the deal. He ask me to come settle this problem. We meet once more, ask him to opened the email i have send. then he said we nver made a deal. I ask him to check the email u posted to me b4. He check cannot show me we never met deal..
The third time, i cannot tahan anymore. Go to nearest CC . warn him that the price given is already stated trough email. Then print the statement the deal made at 10/5/08. Go back to pczone, ask for the item nicely. I said, don wun to go any futher action. Im so tired going around to get proof. Plz settle this problem as soon as possible.
The problem settled.

Moral : Customer is always right.
