Help! Bad FM reception

To all expert out there, I am really fed-up with my car's FM reception. I spent so much unnecessary money on installing 2 new in-car antenna, it didn't work. I then installed a new external antenna. It didn't work as well. I am really giving up. I do not know what else it works.

My FM reception would say 90% of the time it has static. I am so frustrated. I was told FM booster will not help either. So what can I do? I am running on a JVC single din cd player. Don't tell me to replace a new HU?

Olympus LI-40C Charger Problem

Hello all! I am stuck with a problem on my Olympus battery charger problem. While charging, the charger keeps blinking with red colour led light. Is this normal? I thought it suppose to be steady red led instead?
