Looking for litigation lawyer - auction property

Hi,
I would like to seek advice on looking for litigation lawyer on my case.

Brief summary of my case - 5 years ago, I won this auction property through a bank. After 1 year, I start to question the bank why the MOT haven't been completed. And we found out that:

1. We checked with land office and there's nothing mentioned about this property.
2. The property previously are own by bumi, it's a bumi quota property.
3. When the bank default the owner, the property still under the name of the previous owner and not under the bank.
4. My SPA is between the bank and me.
5. In order to get blanket consent, we need some document from the developer. According to the bank and lawyer, the developer doesn't want to cooperate in supplying the document. What they say is the had lost the document when they shifted the office include the Power Of Attorney letter.
6. Since 2010, the bank change the lawyer for the 4th time.

I can't afford to wait any longer and now the property price had sky-rocketed high. My intention to get a litigation lawyer to sue the bank and get back not only my earnest deposit, but also opportunity cost that lost during the past 5 years.

Where to repair and service Blackberry

After 1 and half years of usage, my bold finally got lots of scratches and dented button. I plan to change the housing and repair the key lock button. Anyone know where can I send it in for repair/service? Where's the original service centre for Blackberry? I plan to change only original blackberry housing and service by Blackberry authorized service centre.

Warranty claim from Apple

Anyone got experience sending Apple product for warranty claim? I got a faulty power adapter for my iPad. I bought it from Apple Online Store Malaysia.

How do I send in for warranty claim. Just got it on 20th Dec 2010.

I check Apple website and there's a Service and Support number to call 1-800 803-638.

However I also check that there's few authorize service centre in Malaysia.

SATA DVD writer writes at 1X only on Core i5

Guys,
Seems like I am having problem here. My LG SATA DVD writer always write at 1X speed even I set it at 4x, 8x and 16x etc. I am running xp pro on Core i5 with 4GB of DDR3.

I wonder if I burn from my external USB hdd drive might slow down the speed? I tried NERO and IMGBURN all the same problem. It takes me 45 minutes to burn a 3.5GB DVD.

Any solution and opinion on this?

I AM HELPING OUT MY FRIEND ON THIS MATTER.

Here's the story like:

Jaya 33 was having a handphone and electrical items warehouse sales at its lower concourse area last week. As there were many stalls in display, just went around surveying for iPhone 3GS but many stalls told me that they have iPhone 3GS look alike but the OS inside is not original so cannot use AppStore and iTunes. Even firmware need to be constantly updated at the seller’s shop located in KL.

One stall with a girl called Angel (long blonde hair) tried to sell me an iPhone 3GS. She had a demo set in her hand and allowed me to play with the demo set. Tried it out and the icons are legit, even the songs inside the phone are classy US English albums. Ask her how much and she said selling for RM1800 and after discount 20% is RM1440. I was really skeptical as a jailbreaked iPhone is going in the market for about RM2500 or so. So I asked her why the phone is going for so cheap at RM1800 and she told me because the phone is a few months old already and this stock they managed to get some demo sets from at&t in US and because of this they need to clear the stock fast. Still not convinced, I ask her if this iPhone has any limitations as I definitely need to use AppStore and iTunes (I’m already an existing iPod user). She told me everything confirm can use one and show me the demo set she had in her hand. I stood there for nearly ½ hour asking her if really confirm it is a legit iPhone. And she is willing to let me trade in my old phone for a far much higher value than market value. I only have to pay the difference.

So I decided to buy the phone. It even came with an original looking box with manuals and label of at&t and all the accessories in the box. Normal for a new phone, it was low on battery and need to charge first before able to use the wifi n all. Took it home and realized I had been conned:
- The iPhone 3GS icons are similar, no weird looking icons. They even have Safari and iPod icon.
- Tried using my iPod cable connector on the iPhone 3Gs but my iPod connector is bigger and cannot go in. I believe the cable connector should be similar.
- The App Store and iTunes icon is not there.
- The phone is not attached to a 3G network. Tried to manually change the network setting but only have GSM mode.
- The iPod library is loaded with Chinese songs instead of those classy US songs.
- ITunes does not detect when I connect the iPhone 3GS.

The next day decided to drop by Jaya 33 again to return fake iPhone 3GS. Managed to find Angel and wanted a refund for my fake iPhone and my old phone back. Now, she tells me that the iPhone OS inside is different and they can upgrade firmware for me but every time need to go back to their shop to do. Angel didn’t want to talk to me n sent his boss Marcus to talk to me instead. Marcus says that their company THL MOBILE has a distribution shop at level 1 Berjaya Times Square (address printed on fake iPhone local warranty card), one more distribution shop in Low Yatt Plaza and a kiosk at KotaRaya. After all the hoo hah of being conned, they returned back my old phone took back their fake iPhone but told me that they cannot return the top up $$ that I have paid. So to offset that, I will need to choose another phone n top up. So I left with that place with them holding my $$. After that Marcus asked another or his guy called Anson to deal with me as he need to leave for somewhere. That night itself I called Anson to ask for original e71 Zitron set price and will top up for it. He told me he busy with the fair and will get back to me later, same thing the next day. Now fair over, and keep on calling Anson he didn’t want to pick up his phone. I left nearly 20 missed calls on his phone.

I called Berjaya Times Square concierge to enquire about this shop and the lady told me they have no such shop there. Apparently, I am not the only person that has asked about this shop THL MOBILE and this is a Conn job.

So anyone in LYN know of this THL MOBILE so called located at Berjaya Times Square, Low Yatt Plaza and KotaRaya, please be careful. Even for AP Set phones, this THL Mobile giving local warranty is not legit. I lost the contact number of the boss Marcus because I changed phone.
Thinking of making a police report. Should I?

Based on my maximum budget of less than RM380K, there's limited choices available.

I am looking for landed property - 2 story terrace house.

Been looking around Petaling Jaya, Sri Petaling, Kinrara, Puchong and OUG area.

Looks like house in Kinrara and Sri Petaling have property that suit my budget. Sri Petaling accessibility is much more easier and there's many access road available. Forget about new property.

Any advice on which property to pick up? shed me some light.

I work in P.J. I plan to pick up one for own stay end of this year.

White / Blank Screen... but phone working..

Hi,
I encounter these white / blank screen of death on both my mobile phone.

Case 1
I got a 2 years old HTC Touch Dual. I dropped it last time and now the PDA only shows blank screen of death, but the phone is working. I can receive call, SMS etc. Just the screen are blank, you can see the LCD is powered on but blank.

Case 2
I got this Nokia 3230 from my sis. Just now, when I try to turn on the screen, it just show white blank screen. But I still can hear Nokia sound when the phone is turn on and I can even receive call.

I suspect there must be some problem either with the firmware, LCD ribbon or LCD. But is there anything can be done? I am a DIY hobbyist. Thinking of repair it myself, but I need to determine what cause this problem, before decide on what to do with the phone..

I need some help here.
Been looking around and undecided on which system to go. I have NO preference on Intel or AMD.

I have a budget of RM2K for getting a motherboard, processor, ram and graphic card. If possible might increase a little for PSU. Currently using COolermaster 430W PSU. I have lian li full aluminium casing, sata hdd and dvd RW.

My targeted requirement:
A Quad Core processor
4GB of high performance RAM
A graphic card that can produce wide colour gamut
A mother board that can process fast

My usage of this pc:
FIRST AND MAIN PRIORITY: Photo editing (Thinking of runnign XP PRo instead of Vista cause I heard vista got lotsa problem. I don't mind using a 64bit OS but it must be able to support those photo editing software)
Application: Photoshop CS3, Photoshop Lightroom, Photoshop Elements, Capture One Pro and some RAW processing software

SECOND PRIORITY: Internet surfing, email and listen to music etc..

This rig that I going to build are NOT for GAMING purposes, therefore I don't need those high end graphic card.

Now, I need your recommendation..

I am looking forward to purchase a unit of condo / house around Seri Petaling area. I have no idea on which condo / house to purchase, my budget for condo is less than RM200K, house less than RM300K. Any recommendation and feedback on the location and unit? My friend has recommended me Endah Regal condo.

The reason I choose Seri Petaling because of access road, there is a lot of access road available and the location situated quite central interm of distance from cheras, seri kembangan, puchong, subang, petaling jaya.
