Want Finance/Loan House Construction Cost

Hi all, my gf family want to rebuild their current house and want to finance the construction cost.
What banks are providing this type of financing facility?

The land itself is loan free. Location at Selangor. Just want to cover the construction and the legal fees etc.
My gf and her siblings either no loan and no credit card outstanding, and cleared car loan (perfect repayment record).

Any lovely forumer had this type of loan experience please kindly share your story and info with me

I'm have difficult on made a decision on buy DPC South Brooks(Condo) or Elmina Green (Terrace)

Which 1 will appreciate in value the most in 5 yrs time?

DPC South Brooks (Condo) RM7X0K++
Pros
- Excellent location
- Convenience (short distance to food and daily grocceries)
- Top class environment
- Address XD

Cons
- Small size (800++Sqft 2 beds 2 baths)
- Need take lifts 2 times to commute between your car & home, tandem somemore
- Bad view on balcony and windows (Facing carpark block)

Elmina Green (Terrace) RM6X0K
Pros
- Spacious (2000+ Sqft 4beds 4 baths)
- Cars parking just right in hourse's car porch
- Enviroment well above average

Cons
- pretty far away from the cities
- long distance to AEON, Lotus etc
- Because of not strata tittle, might facing security fee collection problem

right beside "Address Bar" of internet explorer, just click it. It will set the viewer to old style internet explorer. Else try to check into the Internet Explorer Option. U need to turn on Compatibility View. And set Maybank website to old style view. Hope this will help.
