I search this stock Bandaraya Development in the forum but nobody had written anything about this stock. Well i present you Bandaraya Development Berhad. BRDB latest quarter earning is around RM 40 Million with Earning PerShare around 8. Her Current share price now RM1.90 . With this converted to PE ratio just around 6.

Look at other property player in the klse right now, all also PE higher than 10.. So I can see still alot (i mean a lot) potential from this stock.

Look at her historical price, highest gone up to RM 4.00 and now? half also havent reach !!

Ok now back to her son... BRDB-WA why i say gem of gem?? current price RM0.80. Exercise price is rm1.10 meaning that this warrant is trading at 0 % premium. Where can you find a low PE stock like this with warrant at 0 premium.. If you can find PLS PLS tell me

With her mother upside still got along way to go... i believe her BRDB-WA will follow suit @@ look back at my previous posting about GLOMAC.. i did not bring you all to HOLLAND..

Well just my 2 cents.. any opinion is welcome.. As for me i already take my position at rm0.70 ..how about you guys??

Glomac is another good property counter that is worth holding now because is still undervalued with is low PE and its still giving out dividend. It now developing glomac tower beside the klcc. imagine when this project is completed, it will bring how much revenue to the group? this is not a goreng stock but a stable one. Profit will come slowly but surely. Well just my two sen.

can i get a 17" lcd mon around RM450+-

can i get the most economical/ " cheapest" desktop computer e.g intel celeron 1.6 Ghz all with built in sound and VGA card and a most importantly 17" LCD monitor with a price tag below RM1000? which shop in lowyat can offer me.. i will be buying 6 set at once. pls state the spec and price for me. thanks
