Meal Replacement Alternative/Homemade

Hi all..

I am trying to reduce weight about 10kg in a month (my weight 91kg and my height 173cm) . I wanna use Meal replacement such as herbalife or zhulian SSs but i am very tight in budget. they cost RM400++ per month... I want to use meal replacement because i wanna reduce the intake of rice during lunch and/or dinner. and i also dun want to lose any important nutrition for my body. i have done some reading/research of some meal replacement and diet product so i intent to create my own meal replacement with only half the cost.

this are my suggestion Meal Replacement for breakfast or lunch /dinner:
1. Bio Protein - Cosway (high protein diet)
2. Non fat milk / Soya less sugar (calsium / energy)
3. Horlicks (Rich In Calcium /Vitamins /Folic Acid /Iron/nutritions)
4. Lecithin 1200mg - 21st century (fat burner)
5. Oat - (fiber diet/lower cholesterol level)

the cost per month is less than RM100..

FYI i cycling about 30 min and some weight lifting after work and sometime having fruits at night. right now i consume appleslym dietary (fiber/collagen/vita c) for detox..

Is this a good diet to keep?

any suggestion for me to add/change in my meal replacement?
