I'm building a new system and last friday i set them up. below is the spec

Intel E8400
Asus P5QL Pro
4gb Hyperx
80gb pata + 320gb sata
XFX 4850
Gigabyte Superb 550w
Pioneer 20x ide

however after I turn on the pc, there is nothing displayed on the screen. I notice that on the gc, the red led is on.

is it because my psu is not enough or is there any other reason it might not work?
