Mail Server : Take time : Why

i m running Mail Server (pop3 + smtp) on my Windows Server 2003 . I hv set up everythin + seems good and functioning . The problem is it takes too much time (like delayed) . "Sending mail" - every mail i sent has been sent out, but the receipient havent receive it , it takes like 4 - 6 days to reach the receipients mailbox.

"Receiving mail" - juz like sending . I tested with my yahoo mail. Sent a mail to my domain and it took 4 -6 days to reach my mailbox .

SO . What bout that "DELAYED" problem . What did i do, what did i didnt do ?

Ping for my domain is good.
ZoneEdit is my DNS .

Requesting Help from GURU's .

Though this is not for real thing (juzt for study + my knowledge base ) but i prefer to hv it .

I am planning to use AMD system and Phenom would be the Choosen one. But i not sure which mobo ,gc should i use. PC will be used for daily use and extreme GAMING. Help would be appreciated.
