Accidentally scratched someone's car

So, the parking at my apartment is very tight that i ended up grazing someone's car. 2 doors have scratched marks with 1 door a bit dented. So i left a note to settle it out.

Now the guy is asking for a full body spray instead of the 2 doors only. FYI, his car is 5 years old already.
So what should i do? Is it fair for him to demand full body spray?

Important thing 1st
Anyone happen to know which shop did sell "esbilac" in selangor or KL?.. i've been searching around my area..unfortunately i couldn't find any..
or a milk replacer for puppies could do..i need it ASAP

The Story
I found an orphan baby squirrel nearby my house..
i think he had been left by his mother for 3 days..i have nvr seen his mother till now..
he is so dehydrated..n seems really hungry..
i have done some research on the web on what should i do to help him..
i have rehydrated him..
n next i have to feed him with esbilac according to webs..

yeah..i know this is not a pet..
i juz wanna help him to grow up n then let him free into wilderness..
i think he's about 5 weeks old now..
i dun wan to let him die
