My laptop--typing and lot of character go missing

My laptop is Toshiba Satellite
When I do typing on this laptop,
a lot of character will go missing
example if I re-type the above text
without checking and correction after typing it will look like this :
(I am sure I have press every character correctly, but some how some character will go missing)

"My laptop is Tshiba Satellite
Wn I do typing on this laptop
a lot of chacter will go mssing"

This laptop is only 6 months old, so it is not the keyboard problem.
It is not under Toshiba Malaysia's warranty,
because the shop which sold me this laptop import it directly from China.
This shop is in Ipoh and now I am in KL, and not easy to find that shop also
because I bought this laptop during PC fair.

The problem could be solved if I reinstall WinXP (I believe)
But the shop which sold me this laptop didn't provide me the original installation CD.
I also already scan this laptop with Spybot, Windows defender and Malicious Software Remover tool,
AVG antivirus, but still couldn't solve the problem.
Maybe I need to purchase a new WinXP installaion CD to re-install the WinXP,
but that will cost me RM300.

Anyone know how to solve this problem.

Thanks.

I have registered a domain name
and than sign up a free webspace
the free webspace doesn't provide personal domain name.
What I did is to use Zoneedit's webforwards to link my personal domain name (short url) to the free webspace url (long url).

It works fine for the past 4 months, but recently it is not functioning anymore.

Anyone knows the reason.

Thanks.
