USB Pendrive Issue

Im trying to help my friend to regain her USB pendrive information.
At the moment i tested on the 3 laptop with following result
Asus Win10 - Error code 10
Asus Win11 - Error code 10
Huawei Win11 - Error code 43

I can only locate the device under "Devices and Printers", and it displayed as "Udisk"
Following step has been carried but not able to resolve:
1) Troubleshoot - cannot identify the problem
2) Update driver, disable & enable device, uninstall device
3) Checked with Disk management, but nothing can be found.
4) Bios confirm USB enabled
5) Confirmed that my computer windows and software are all up to date.

I tried other USB and no problem, only her pendrive got this issue.
Anyone got expertise in solving this ?

No option to enter Boot Menu

Hi, i just got an old pc from my friend.
Nw i need to format the pc, but there is no F8 option to enter boot menu ?
The worst part is the account is protected with password, and he forgot it.
Anyone can advise ?

How to disable the Download Manager in IE9?

Hi all, how do I disable the Download Manager in IE9 ?
Im currently on IE9 and using my xunlei as default download, but xunlei just wont pop-up even though i set it as default.
IE9 download are real damn slow..

I need a solution to disable it..been search around the net and cant find any solution.

Ps: Dont ask me to change my browser
Don ask me to change to other downloader.

Problem installing Kaspersky

Im just done remove my AVG and change to kaspersky
but during installing kaspersky
it show this error message :
"Attention!! Some incompatible software is installed on your computer. These applications cannot be used together with Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. In order to proceed with the installation, remove these applications."
" AVG "
But i've done remove everything about AVG and Grisoft includes all the folder.
Use CCleaner to check everything, but still unable to solve it.

coz its impossible to buy all the related software

Im install the window vista ultimate but after using real one player or media player classic watching movie for some time, it appear the blue screen. It continue to happen everytime im using it.

* can i know is it my windows problem or my real/ media player classic problem ?

* i got install desktopx, is it another cause ?
