Hi guys, need your guidance here and may help other people like me who is planning to own 1st residential properties. Referring to the nation budget 2013, the government raise from RM250k to RM400k housing loan for those income lower than RM5k.

May I know these 105% loan financing only applicable for those houses developed under PR1MA by government or any developers across the nation?? please advise. thanks!

Hi all, I got to think maybe this thread could help me but I'm not sure whether is this the correct to ask this topic.

Well, I recently have the plan to purchase the commercial land property which is amount to RM1.2 mil but I'm not sure which are the best way to reduce my interest paid on loan amount borrow from bank.

Asset :
(1) Cash - RM300k
(2) House - Current market value is RM800k but never think of shift out from house
(3) Shoplot - Current market value is RM850k , still owed bank about RM150k on loan.

Cost :
(1) Land - RM1.2m
(2) Develop & build - RM300 to 400k.

which is the best move to purchase the land without sacrificing the property asset that I own. I may think of mortgage either house or shoplot to gain cash to purchase the land but bank is giving only 80 to 85 % of the property value. Hope to seek valuable opinion from you guys. Thanks!

Dear LYN fellow, my friend's baby is 2 months old plus and was diagnosed heart got hole, I don't know what's that called? Anyways, they did apply for welfare from government and it seems like the queue for local hospital is too long for her to wait. Therefore, they advised her to go for this hospital in India Narayana Hospital for heart operation. The fund included the cost of operation, allocation, transportation and only 1 adult with the baby entitled.

Just want to know whether any of you heard about this hospital? Is it reliable? and is there any way to apply for other welfare which can opted to operate at neighborhood country (Singapore, Australia etc)??
