Where to get Sinovac booster

Looking for 1st booster shot (Sinovac) in Klang Valley. Tried calling JKN, mysejahtera hotline, protecthealth website clinic listing, but to no available. Some clinic provide pfizer booster but need to register and wait for them to call back once quota meet (6 person).

Any idea where else still provide Sinovac booster jab? I am referring to 1st booster jab.

DEEBOT [2 in 1]
Handheld Vacuum Cleaner (in portable mode) still in good condition. Suction power still more powerful than any average vacuum cleaner. Robot still functioning but battery couldn't last long. I replaced the Robotic original battery from ECOVACS for RM329 with 6 months warranty few years back but suggest new owner to do the same. Condo toilet inner wall pipe leakage

Hi everyone,

Would sincerely need some legal advise from any lawyer friend out there on my situation.

I was out for vacation for 2 weeks and when I returned home I was shock to find out my unit (3rd floor) was literally cover with water. Anything that sit or build from the tile floor is soaked with water. The cause is most probably due to piping burst inside the toilet wall bcz I can see water stain and water is visible flowing out from skirting area.

The situation get worst when the leaked water contain foreign material (brown colour stains) that clocked my toilet drainage hole and in the end flooded to my rooms, kitchen, living room and store room.

Right now I have reported to the management and waiting for their reply but what I am afraid is that the management might come back and cover those piping, wall and titles repairs only but not other furniture.

This condo has just completed by end of last year 2015 and I just completed renovating my whole house on April 2016. Not even 6 months and all my furniture literally damaged by this leakage.

How to track lost phone

I just lost my phone in the cinema and upon calling, the phone has been switched off. I didn't install any security app like Lookup, etc but I did remember registering Android Device Manager.

Is there any way for me to track or perhaps block the phone from ppl using it?

any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Car overheating problem

Good morning to all Lowyat forumer and wishing you all Happy New Year 2014, have a great and prosperous year ahead!! The mentioned car above is a Toyota Avanza (M) and currently this car still having overheating problem from time to time. I would like to share my experience here and hopefully any sifu out there can help me to identify what is wrong with my car.

The car was bought as second hand at mileage clocked @60k back in 2009 and ever since then it does not give up any problem. Car was sent to regular service at our regular mechanic workshop @every 6k mileage and no major part was replace/repair.

On one fine day while I was driving, I notice the temperature meter goes up to about 3/4 of the meter and immediately I stop at road side and check (waiting for the engine to cool down first of course) only to found out the radiator tank is empty!! I pour in water and drove to my usual mechanic shop. Upon checking the mechanic could not find any leakage and he suspect the piping has leakage. I asked him whether he could identify the leakage but he say no. He advise me to change all piping just in case and I trusted him and proceed with the changes. Total damage is RM1k.

After ~2weeks, problem occur again. This time my car was idling with air cond switch on. Suddenly there is no more cold air but instead hot air was blown via the aircond outlet, temperature was check at that time but still looking good. While approaching home, temperature meter shoot up again and upon checking radiator tank is empty...again I check the under carriage and notice some water leakage below engine compartment. Next~~send my car to the mechanic shop.

This time the mechanic still could not find the root cause but he give me 3 choices:
1. "Repair with low cost" - He suspect engine issue and say do engine top over haul as he suspect the engine
(No guarantee) piston block has worn off and thus producing excessive heat He also say
something about due to the engine problem then water sip into it and evaporate faster
This method will not guarantee that the overheating problem will stop
occurring bcz he is not sure where goes wrong.

2. "Repair with high cost" - Same explanation as 1. He suggest to do engine overhaul. He say this method will
(guarantee) guarantee the overheating problem will not occur again and the I can continue use
my car for another 5 years like that.

3. "Repair with moderate cost" - Same explanation as 1. He suggest to swap engine with those half cut shop or
(guarantee) recondition engine. This method also can guarantee that no more over
heating problem in future.

Does engine over heating will result in changing engine or overhauling it?? I am not sure whether I could trust my mechanic anymore bcz I got a "fishy" feeling from him or I am wrong?

Good morning to everyone, I am looking for a second hand car for daily transport to my work place and home in KL and I come across this car as shown below in the link. It is a Proton Perdana and looking at description it looks quite new and ok except for the mileage.

May I know is the car above (Proton Perdana) still reliable after travelling for such long mileage? I saw it somewhere in the internet quite some time ago about the gearbox of Perdana always giving issue such as overheated? Is there any Perdana owner here who can clarify this problem?

I budget is below 10k for a second hand car so it would be much appreciated if anyone who have experience with this car can share your experience here. Anything that I should be aware about when I go and inspect the car from the car owner?

Job Dilemma after 3 years of working

Hi Everyone, never thought before that I would come into this point of my career life as all this while I thought I am in the right track. Well basically I am in the IT industry for 3 years already and I have been working with 2 different company ( Company A - Company B - back to A) , initially I thought I was able to continue in company B but due to financial issue of the company (I believe going to close down soon) and my previous Company A offer me back with different job role, I accepted and work till now.

I am 26 this year and I am doing networking and been doing post-sales support, pre-sales, project type of job. All the job is network related (most of them are Cisco product) and I having my CCNP certified very soon. However I had a bad feeling or I would put it as unnecessary stress/no interest in my daily job, I will work as what my job scope required me to do but I having uncomfortable feeling every now and then. I get stressed easily with customer, with a tiny issue I will think too much and some time cant even sleep. I do not have the passion to look for extra information/knowledge towards my job and some time I feel hard for take in an issue.

I do not know whether I did not put enough effort or never plan my job properly but after 3 years in networking field, I cant feel the "satisfaction" or the eager to learn more and master my knowledge in this field. On the other hand, I have 101% of interest and passion towards car, be it car technology, brand, design,etc. I would read up and search for car information technology everyday. Even more I will actually get excited if my friends ask me car related information.

My weakest moment right now is that I dont know which to go for as one of them is having a good future prospect (Networking ), and the other was seems to be just a Hobby and I dont think I could earn a living by going that path.
I even try to apply for job in Automobile industry (Proton, SimeDarby) to see whether I am qualify, but all application was rejected.

What is my problem as I am facing it everyday right now and at a certain point (when there is lot of critical issue in my work) I feel like quitting my job. Am I not fit in what I am doing right now? Should I face the issue as this is part of networking field and I should have see it fro the beginning? or Do I have any future if I am quitting my current job and go for automotive industry ? ( what kind of automotive job do you think is suitable for me?)

Sorry for the long essay, as I would like to share my thought and get feedback from forumer here. Positive or negative comment are all welcome as it is time to kick ash to my brain start to plan for my career.

Gearbox replacement for Matrix 1.8

Hi everyone, my friend's Matrix has this gearbox problem whereby the car couldn't change gear to 4th gear. everytime once the gear changed into 4th and then OD after awhile the car will jerk very badly (feel like gear change) then the "Check light" will ON and the car will be in 3rd gear all the time.

This happen quite long ago and my friend send his car to Hyundai workshop as well as different car shop around PJ and Penang. Some mechanic say it is related to "M-plate" ??? just change it then ok. SOme say Gearbox kong aly, need to change whole gearbox some say just drive with OD OFF and wait till got money only change the whole gearbox.

So what is the actual problem, does anyone face similar problem? Any advise?

Btw, hyundai SC checked and they read the "code" from the computer indicating it is "M-Plate" problem but the mechanic say " it is very hard to say, even by changing M-plate, the problem might still there"

So what is the recommended advise to all sifu out there?? Sorry for the long story as I am trying to help my friend out here in lowyat forum. Hopefully there is some idea towards this issue.
