Problem connect Realme Cam and Philip Wiz lights

I have problem connecting my smart devices to Maxis router (TP-Link Archer C5v).

When I connect my Philips Wiz LED light, it fails at the last step.
It showed firmware update can't be completed.

When I connect my Realme Smart Cam, it showed can't support dual band.
I connect to 2.4Ghz signal, but still fail.

I able to connect the devices to my friend's Unifi (Dlink router).
So I suspect is Maxis router issue.

Does anybody setup any of smart devices before?

D-Link COVR-1100 AC1200 issue

Recently bought D-Link COVR-1100 AC1200 (2 pcs).

Able to get the wifi running. But PC connect to the COVR device using LAN cable (via device Ethernet port) unable to link.
Cannot enter the COVR setting page nor connect to Internet.
Use a D-Link switch hub also not working.

Anybody know why?

Hi guys,

Recently bought a Sharp Microwave Oven R352ZS. In the usre manual, it is written "push the open button to open the door". I tried to look everywhere on the microwave oven but unable to find the open button.

Does anybody have the same microwave model? Can you please advice whether there is any button to open the door? Or can just simply pull the handle to open?
