How to clean thinkpad rubberized surface?

Guys, i have spilled air freshener onto my thinkpad T490. Had tried to clean the rubberized surface with soap and dry towel. But still can see the oil mark. Any idea how to proper clean it?

This is my second house. buying for own stay. I just booked Heleena by SP Setia, location is in Eco Hill 1, near LEKAS. But since the agent/developer said I can cancel anytime for whatever reason, so I'm searching for another house. then found Artisan at Eco Forest by EcoWorld also in Semenyih. But this Artisan is strata title, need to pay for the maintenance fee, around RM200-RM250..however Heleena is individual title but also need to pay for security guard, access card etc around RM100-RM150.

Both 20x70, and fully extend. but Heleena build up is 2,053sqft compared to Artisan 2,004sqft

Question: isit worth to pay RM200-RM250 for strata house? Anyone stay there in Eco Forest or Eco Hill 1? how the environment? Should I proceed with Heleena by SP setia? what actually the different that people concern between strata and individual? besides cannot do the renovation.

Anyone Working at Ascender HCM?

Hi all,

i just got offered from Ascender HCM Malaysia located at PJ as System Engineer. Now they are preparing the offer letter.

I can say that salary offered is reasonable, and the job scope also looks good with the exposure to the new technologies such as cloud etc. Just asking here maybe someone already there, or have experienced working there previously. Can advice on the environment etc.

I read reviews at jobstreet and glassdoor, errrr most of them are not so good. so many bad reviews. 😅

Actually I willing to negotiate on the salary if they have a good working environment there, work life balance, flexibility etc. Just curious why so many bad review on jobstreet and glassdoor, what is really happening there? Can I trust the review? Anyone?

Ok here is the situation,
Im muslim. I going to married soon. now i need this surat akuan bujang that proved my status. I called JAWI yesterday, they said if im working and have the employer then surat tu mesti employer yang keluarkan. Sebab employer should simpan our details for their record. If I tak kerja then kena ambik surat tu kat Pesuruhjaya Sumpah. That is the Islamic marriage procedure in some state in Malaysia.

Now my company refused to gip me the letter. and question me "How I know that you are single?" I believe that every company should have the details of their employee. Before we join the company we need to fill up the form, we put all the details on the paper. we did declare all the information that have given is truthful, complete and correct. we did drop our signature on the paper. It's pointless if your company asking you to fill up the form, then later they question about our status.

Anybody experienced with this situation before?
